To ensure anaerobic conditions and facilitate composting, compress Bokashi layered compost down firmly. If used correctly, Bokashi will eliminate all foul odors from compost!  If the compost bucket smell persists, add more Dry Bokashi.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e•Once the bucket is filled, allow Bokashi and food scraps to ferment in the bucket for 2 weeks before adding to your compost or digging into the soil.
